One Care Groups

One Care Groups are designed to help students bridge the gap between individualized support services and independent learning within a classroom setting. ABA methodology is utilized to teach necessary prerequisite skills for learning within a group across a variety of skills such as core academics, social skills, and functional life skills.

What We Offer

Overview

  • Individualized instruction within a group based on ABA principles

  • Overseen by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

  • Small group sizes (3-5 clients per group)

  • Individualized assessment at the start and end of each semester

  • Individualized Service Plan (ISP) at the start and end of each semester

  • Monthly parent meetings

Registration Process

  • Number 1

    Intake Meeting

    Answer questions about the program.

    Provide documentation about past educational experiences.

    Sign consent forms for assessment.

  • Number 2

    Eligibility Assessment

    Assessment completed to determine placement and eligibility for the program.

    Assessment may take place in group setting, if available.

  • Number 3

    Placement Meeting

    Meeting with Clinical Supervisor to determine placement recommendations and discuss goals.

  • Number 4

    Registration

    Registration completed.

    Contract and Handbook signed.
